Everything just feels terrible. I'm very melancholic right now. SO and I have been going back and forth about our relationship and I honestly don't know what I want anymore. My parents will be alcoholics forever. I love my job and I'm so passionate about it, but it's getting harder and harder. I hate to admit that I can't handle it sometimes. And my boss is aware of the problems; she just isn't offering the help I need. I hate admitting that I need help. I've been so stressed that I haven't been paying much attention to what I eat. I need to eat healthier again.

"My body is a temple..." ...or something like that. And if I think of it that way, then my mind is an awful tourist, putting garbage in the temple, disrespecting the temple. Or maybe, my body is a temple that is trashing myself, due to my mind's signals telling it to do so But really, my body does not feel good enough to be a temple. I don't know what it could be instead, though.
